. Main Responsibilities

· Perform manual testing of web applications, platforms, and new software features.

· Review requirements and specifications to understand expected system behavior.

· Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and testing checklists.

· Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and user acceptance testing.

· Identify, document, and report bugs or system issues.

· Clearly describe the steps required to reproduce identified issues.

· Validate bug fixes and confirm that reported problems have been correctly resolved.

· Test new features before production releases.

· Verify that existing functionality continues to work correctly after system updates.

· Collaborate with Developers to communicate and follow up on technical issues.

· Work with the Product team to validate requirements and expected functionality.

· Support Customer Support when reported client issues require technical validation.

· Maintain organized testing documentation and evidence.

· Participate in release validation and quality-control activities.

· Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and product quality.

3. Technical Knowledge

· Manual software testing.

· Software Quality Assurance (QA) principles.

· Functional and regression testing.





· Test case creation and execution.

· Bug identification and documentation.

· Web application testing.

· Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

· Basic understanding of databases and SQL is desirable.

· Experience with bug-tracking or project-management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

· Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman is desirable.

· Knowledge of automated testing is considered an advantage.

4. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent technical experience may also be considered.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, IT Testing, or a related position. Experience testing web-based platforms or SaaS products is preferred. Experience working with development and product teams is desirable.

5. Language Requirements

· English: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level (B2 preferred).

Sueldo: $11,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes
