International logistics company is seeking candidates for the position of Financial Accounting Assistant

Location: Reforma Area, Mexico City

100% On-site

Salary Range: $30,000 – $35,000 MXN per month (gross), depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable: Comprehensive management of the payment cycle for domestic and international suppliers. Tax validation of CFDI 4.0, withholding taxes, and DIOT. Management of foreign currency payments and reconciliations with general suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable: Issuing invoices, tracking collections, and posting payments. Management of aging balances and reconciliation with customers. Support for timely collections to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Recording revenue, expense, and journal entries.
- Bank and corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Support with monthly closings and preparation of information for audits.
- Preparation of cash flow reports, budgets, and projections.
- Variance analysis and support for strategic decision-making.
- Expense control and monitoring of key financial indicators.

What Do We Need From You? (Requirements)

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (degree holder).
- 2 to 4 years of verifiable experience in positions related to accounts payable management.
- Language:



Advanced English (B2/C1) is essential (reading, writing, and speaking) for daily interaction with suppliers and international teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and solid experience working with ERP systems
- Interpersonal Skills: Integrity, attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine commitment to service and teamwork.
