- Preferred degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Preference for candidates who have participated in extracurricular activities, served as class representatives, or held positions on student committees/boards.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Forms. Knowledge of quality management techniques is considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate fluently and comprehend spoken and written English, Portuguese is a plus.
- Proactivity, teamwork, strong communication skills, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in problem-solving is considered an advantage.
Project name: Regional Operational Model Adherence, Lean & IMS Support
Your Responsibilities
- Support Operational Model adherence assessments and monitoring activities.
- Assist in tracking improvement actions and process compliance.
- Update and monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Maintain IMS documentation and process records.
- Participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects and support the implementation of 5S and operational excellence initiatives.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making. Work with different teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
