Responsibilities
- Call U.S. property owners and build relationships.
- Identify sellers, follow up with leads, and secure listings.
- Work with our underwriting and transaction team.
Requirements
- Active U.S. real estate license; include your state.
- Fluent English and strong phone skills.
- Reliable internet and availability during U.S. business hours.
- Motivated, organized, and comfortable with cold outreach.
Compensation: Monthly base plus commissions, depending on experience and licensing arrangements.
