- Develop and update manufacturing plant layouts using AutoCAD.
- Identify opportunities to improve floor space utilization, material flow, and production efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
- Support workstation design, production line balancing, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams on improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) for industrial layouts — required.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in space optimization, material flow, and production line design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- English proficiency preferred.
