The Accounts Receivable Specialist I is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices, management of accounts receivable and account reconciliations. This role partners with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, maintain account accuracy, and support the company's cash flow and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

· Review billing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

· Calculate, generate, and distribute customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contractual terms.

· Process billing adjustments, credits, rebills, and invoice corrections as needed.

· Timely and effective customer communication throughout the month to ensure the accuracy of billing.

· Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances.

· Communicate significant issues to management.

· Collaborate with Sales and Sales Admins teams to resolve billing issues.

· Generate and distribute customer statements when required.

· Assist with special projects as needed.

Skills/Requirements





· Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

· Requires 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.

· Basic/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong time management and prioritization skills.

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Demonstrates basic level of proficiency in AI prompting and usage as an efficiency tool.

· Has basic/intermediate knowledge in AR processes and system workflows.

Sueldo: $28,000.00 - $32,254.00 al mes
