Working at Flower Shop — the first of its kind plush flower store — means being part of a playful yet highly refined retail-art hybrid. The role blends hospitality, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling in a space where every detail, from soft-sculpted stems to scentless arrangements, is deliberate and immersive. As the manager, you will help maintain the surreal charm of the pop-up store while guiding visitors through a tactile, collectible-focused experience. It's a unique position at the intersection of conceptual art and luxury retail. Our pop-up shop will be in Roma Norte from November 20th-30th.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the flower shop team, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily shop activities including sales, stock management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue whilst maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Manage staff scheduling, training programmes, and performance evaluations to optimise team productivity.
- Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of flowers and other retail products.
- Maintain accurate administrative records including sales reports,



inventory logs, and staff schedules.
- Ensure the shop complies with health & safety regulations and maintains a clean, organised environment.
- Promote a positive team culture through effective leadership, motivation, and organisational skills.

Experience

- Supervising or team management experience is essential, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, merchandising techniques, and sales management strategies.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous administrative experience including handling stock inventories, sales records, and staff scheduling.
- Experience in supervising staff, managing customer relations, and implementing sales initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams through effective leadership and organisational prowess.
