WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Engage with warm, qualified leads via phone calls.
- Use proven sales scripts to guide conversations.
- Build rapport, understand prospects' needs, and present clinic offers.
- Overcome objections and confidently book appointments.
- Collect required booking deposits over the phone.
- Follow up with prospects in the pipeline.
- Update appointment details and lead statuses in our CRM.
- Follow established scripts, SOPs, and team processes.
- Work toward monthly booking targets and performance goals.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses

- Base pay of $8-$10/hour, depending on qualifications.
- $5 commission per qualifying booked appointment.

WHO YOU ARE





- You have at least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telesales, phone sales, or a call center.
- You communicate confidently and fluently in English.
- You're comfortable handling objections and hearing "no."
- You're motivated by targets, commissions, and performance-based rewards.
- You're coachable, disciplined, reliable, and results-driven.
- You can follow scripts while keeping conversations natural.
- You have a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a quality headset.
- You're comfortable working independently as part of a remote team.

Experience in medspas, aesthetics, or wellness is a major plus!

WORK SCHEDULE

- Work arrangement: 100% Remote
- Employment type: Independent Contractor
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
- Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Eastern Time
- Payment: Biweekly invoicing and payment
