A growing roofing company in Louisiana (USA) is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative (fully remote; Tijuana/Baja California border area preferred, open to candidates anywhere in Mexico or Latin America) to screen new leads, book roof inspections, and follow up with homeowners. What you'll do: - Call every new lead within minutes and qualify them (roof age, leaks, insurance or retail, decision makers) - Book free roof inspections on our calendar and offer the earliest open slots - Follow up with leads who don't answer by phone and text, and reschedule cancellations - Answer and return main-line calls and voicemails the same day - Call older leads in the evening using a power dialer - Keep every contact, note, pipeline stage, and tag up to date in our CRM (GoHighLevel) - Basic administrative tasks: data entry, appointment confirmations, simple reports What you need: - A great, natural American accent - Deep understanding of American culture and how to talk with US homeowners - Time spent living or working in the US is a big plus - Fluent, natural US English on the phone (required); Spanish is a plus - 2+ years in a call center, appointment setting, sales, or customer service role - Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections - Fast, organized, and disciplined about logging every call and text - CRM experience (GoHighLevel a big plus)
