About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain mission-critical eDiscovery software used by legal professionals worldwide.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will own features from concept through production, leveraging modern AI development tools while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and accountability.

The idóneo candidate has strong experience building scalable software solutions using .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, and modern cloud-based development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
- Build and support scalable, high-performance systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Use AI development tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote effective software development practices.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience, including:
- Schema design
- Query optimization
- Database performance tuning




- Experience building and supporting scalable production systems.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving production incidents.
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Claude
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Similar tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- CI/CD experience.
- Experience mentoring developers.
- Experience working with distributed international teams.
