This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Mexico City. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading, supervising, and training a team of sales agents who sell auto maintenance warranties. You will ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets, delivers exceptional customer service, and adheres to established sales protocols and performance metrics.

Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Compensation: Weekly pay of $6,000 MXN Net
- Location: On-site in Mexico City
- Training: Paid training
- Benefits: Full benefits from day one, including social security, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), and paid vacations

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of sales agents selling auto maintenance warranties.
- Monitor sales performance, agent KPIs, and call quality to ensure team goals are met.
- Provide continuous training and feedback to improve conversion rates and sales techniques.
- Liaise with upper management to report on team performance and strategies.

Qualifications:





- Proven supervisory experience in a call center / telesales environment.
- Previous experience in sales management or telesales (experience in automotive or warranty/insurance sales is a strong plus).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 English level required).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Strong proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel for tracking metrics and reports.
