About the Role

Tec-Do LiveLab Mexico is seeking a bilingual English–Spanish Talent Management Specialist to support our TikTok Live host team in Mexico City. In this role, you’ll recruit and onboard hosts, coordinate schedules and training, and support ongoing performance and engagement.

This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced social commerce environment.

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit TikTok Live hosts through job platforms, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and help new hosts understand role expectations, workflows, and communication channels.
- Collect host availability and coordinate livestream schedules with project teams.
- Organize training sessions covering product knowledge, presentation skills, audience engagement, and live selling techniques.
- Track host performance, attendance, and feedback to identify development needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, host profiles, and training documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for hosts,



supporting clear communication and addressing day-to-day questions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other teams to keep livestream operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on tasks.
- Confidence communicating with candidates, hosts, and colleagues from different backgrounds.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Mexico City.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in recruitment, HR, talent coordination, creator management, or livestream operations.
- Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or social commerce.
- Experience coordinating training, providing performance feedback, or managing schedules.
