We specialize in international purchasing, imports, and logistics solutions, helping businesses bring products from China to Mexico.

What you'll do:

- Find new customers and develop business opportunities.
- Manage inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Prepare quotations for international shipping and import services.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate shipment updates with our logistics team.
- Assist customers with documentation and shipment requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Confident in sales and customer communication.
- Comfortable using Excel and digital tools.
- Able to multitask and solve problems.
- Interested in international trade and logistics.
