Coordinación de transporte terrestre y monitoreo. Brindando al cliente una atención actualizada de sus embarques.

What will your functions be?

Mantener comunicación con los clientes del producto terrestre para brindarles la visibilidad de las operaciones que se encuentren curso durante los turnos fuera de horario de oficina.
Mantener comunicación con los proveedores terrestres para conocer el estatus en tiempo y forma de cada operación.
Enviar los documentos necesarios para que se pueda llevar a cabo / completar
una operación terrestre (por ejemplo: CCP, Maniobras, datos faltantes, CI, datos
de unidades, etc.), cuidando que sea en tiempo y forma para evitar atrasos y
errores en el proceso.
Reportar cualquier desvío o siniestro que presenten las unidades bajo su
coordinación en turno, evitando se comparta la información fuera de tiempo

What are we looking for?





Se requiere experiencia de 2 años en monitoreo de unidades, protocolos de seguridad en ruta a clientes.

Experiencia de 2 años en plataformas de GPS en protocolos.

Seguimiento de aproximadamente 15 operaciones simultaneas, experiencia en paquetería Office, se requiere experiencia en temas administrativos como reportes, facturas, extra costos.
