Activities and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and optimize logistics operations by coordinating material requirements, production needs, customer orders, and resource availability to support on-time delivery performance.

2. Manage purchasing and material procurement by determining material requi

rements, preparing and following up on purchase orders, negotiating prices and supplier terms, and ensuring timely material supply.

3. Coordinate production planning by preparing and updating manufacturing schedules and production orders based on customer orders, delivery dates, bills of materials (BOMs), manufacturing routings, and material availability.

4. Coordinate warehouse and distribution center operations, including material receiving and inbound activities, recording and controlling inbound and outbound goods movements, material handling and storage, order preparation, and coordinating shipments and dispatches to ensure the timely flow of materials and products according to operational requirements.

5. Monitor and optimize inventory levels by identifying material shortages, excess stock, and replenishment needs,



and coordinating actions to prevent production disruptions and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

6. Coordinate transportation and fleet management activities by monitoring vehicle availability, goods movements, shipping dates, and transportation requirements in accordance with operational needs.

7. Resolve and follow up on operational and supply-related issues, including supplier delivery delays, production constraints, material returns, special inspection requirements, and situations that may affect deliveries, coordinating actions with Customer Service, Engineering, Production, Sales, and suppliers.

8. Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities by recommending projects and action plans aimed at reducing costs, optimizing inventory, improving logistics processes, and increasing operational efficiency.

9. Maintain accurate operational information and monitor area performance indicators, using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to support the control of purchasing, inventory, production, transportation, and logistics operations.
