SCOPE OF WORK: Business Development Representative REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) Aerial Canvas is seeking a Business Development Representative in LATAM with experience in real estate, luxury services, commercial property marketing, architecture, construction, hospitality, or related industries. This is not a traditional call-center sales role. We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who understands how to engage high-value clients, identify opportunities, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
Our clients include real estate professionals, developers, builders, architects, property managers, hospitality groups, and other businesses seeking premium visual marketing solutions.
SCOPE OF SERVICES Identify and develop relationships with qualified prospects that align with Aerial Canvas's target markets. Conduct strategic outbound outreach through phone, email, Linked In, networking, and industry-specific channels. Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal,



negotiation, and handoff. Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, developers, construction firms, architects, hospitality groups, and commercial clients. Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing contacts. Accurately track activities, opportunities, and sales pipeline updates within the CRM. Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies, target markets, and partnership opportunities. Represent the Aerial Canvas brand professionally and maintain a high level of client service. Meet monthly revenue, pipeline, and business development goals.
