We are looking for a Tech Consultant Specialist with strong experience in SAP Success Factors and automated testing to support HR technology solutions, enhance system quality, and deliver end-to-end improvements in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in Success Factors Learning and Succession & Development with extensive experience in Tricentis Tosca test automation.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Product Owners, Agile Leads, and Scrum Masters to deliver HR technology solutions and manage the product backlog. Develop and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca . Create test strategies, test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and functional and technical documentation.



Perform functional, API, UI, mobile, performance, accessibility, and platform upgrade testing. Configure and support SAP Success Factors, Talent Marketplace, and Degreed solutions. Develop custom reports and notifications in Success Factors Learning. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed teams to deliver end-to-end changes. Follow Agile, Dev Ops, release management, quality assurance, and governance standards. Required Qualifications and Experience: Hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP Success Factors Learning and Succession & Development modules. Strong knowledge of Success Factors functionality, configuration, reporting, support resources, and product roadmaps. Extensive experience with Tricentis Tosca for automated test suite development and execution. Experience with mobile testing too
