Coordinate employee experience programs while ensuring the standardization and maintenance of job descriptions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES
- Coordinate employee engagement and organizational climate surveys, analyze results, and support action planning.
- Design and implement initiatives that reinforce company culture, values, and desired behaviors.
- Implement employee listening mechanisms such as pulse surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
- Develop and manage the internal communication calendar to ensure timely and effective messaging.
- Plan and execute employee events, campaigns, and activities that promote engagement and belonging.
- Administer and enhance employee recognition programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate the creation, review, standardization,



and maintenance of job descriptions.
- Support organizational change initiatives through communication and engagement strategies.
- Define, track, and report employee experience and engagement metrics.
- Maintain a regular presence on the production floor to understand employee needs and gather feedback.
- Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
