About the RoleRTSInternationaland Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking foraBusiness Development Managerto focus on our growth opportunities in Mexico. This is a 1099, contract sales position and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts for RTS International within the region. An adecuado candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new international business opportunities using strategic salestactics, including but not limited to solicitation, client referrals, networking, development of agent relationships, lead generation through SEO, etc.
- Effectively present and explaincomplexfinancial products and theirintendedvalue to prospectiveclients
- Build and maintain new and current international customer relationships, through phone and in-personvisits
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly salesgoals
- Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all newbusiness
- Regularlycollaboratewith agent partners




- Follow up on sales leadsand clientreferrals
- Other duties asassigned

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degreewith 5+ years of business development experience. Experience in the financial sector or selling services to manufacturers a plus.
- Demonstrated record of successproviding professional, solutions-based sales over the phone and in-person
- Self-driven with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Desire to workin a competitivesales and teamenvironment
- Proficiency intheMicrosoft Office suite of products
- Experience selling within Mexico
- Native Spanish proficiencyandEnglish business proficiencyrequired
- Must be ableto travel within Mexico without restrictions; up to 50% travelrequired
- Ideally located in any of the following cities: Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Mexico City
