Idoneus Talent is looking for a Treasury and Accounts Payable Expert in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City.
Position Objective Efficiently manage the entire Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, contributing to working capital efficiency while properly managing all functions related to cash management.
Requirements Advanced English proficiency.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.More than 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Treasury, with a focus on maintaining optimal working capital levels.Previous experience in Fintech, acquiring, payment processing, or financial services is preferred.Experience handling approximately 200 invoices per month.Experience managing approximately 60 payments per month.
Knowledge and Skills Working Capital: Knowledge of the formula used to calculate working capital: Working Capital = Current Assets − Current Liabilities Forecast Accuracy: Knowledge of the calculation formula and the ability to maintain a variance margin of less than 5%.
VAT (IVA):



Knowledge of the different VAT rates applicable in Mexico.Banking Platforms: Hands-on experience managing and using multiple banking platforms and portals is mandatory.Tax Legislation and Regulations: Solid general knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations, including Income Tax (ISR), VAT (IVA) and related regulations, import duties, the Federal Tax Code, Customs Law, and other applicable regulations.Accounts Payable Turnover Ratio: Knowledge of the formula and its application in monitoring accounts payable performance.Working Capital Ratio/Index: Understanding of the formula and its interpretation.Timing of Liability Recognition and Recording: Knowledge of when and how financial liabilities must be recognized and recorded.ERP Systems: Experience with Epicor is desirable.
