Job responsibility Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Maintain operational management systems, processes and best practices
Oversee production, purchase materials, plan inventory and warehouse efficiency to have a result of better cost control and cost save
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Requirements and skills College educated in production related or equivalent




Minimum 5 years proven work experience as Production Manager / Factory Manager / General Manager in printing factory
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation skills
Leadership ability.
Proficiency in MS office applications
Working station in US, EU, SEA countires
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
