Flex is seeking an SMT Process Engineer in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to Process Engineer Manager. You will supervise SMT processes, ensure production plans are executed, and lead a technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement goals.
A typical day includes supervising activities, developing programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and Press Fit equipment; performing stencil analysis; creating procedures and visual aids; running capacity calculations and Kaizen
