The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Specialist, Time & Absence Management to own the health, quality and governance of high-volume Time and Absence services. You will manage escalations, implement controls and ensure reliable daily operations across HR services.
You will leverage Workday, ServiceNow and UKG expertise, use Power BI to spot trends, and coach team members while partnering with Payroll and integral stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangements apply at LEGO locations.
