Job responsibility

- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Maintain operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Oversee production, purchase materials, plan inventory and warehouse efficiency to have a result of better cost control and cost save
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Requirements and skills

- College educated in production related or equivalent




- Minimum 5 years proven work experience as Production Manager / Factory Manager / General Manager in printing factory
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation skills
- Leadership ability.
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Working station in US, EU, SEA countires
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
