Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-shift team in a manufacturing setting in Reciente León, Mexico. You will drive preventive, predictive, corrective, and TPM activities, using CMMS to manage work orders and ensure safety and reliability across production lines.
You will collaborate with production and engineering, manage spare parts, and champion Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize uptime.
