GC Realty & Development, LLC is hiring a remote Maintenance Dispatcher to direct our field technicians and ensure every job is scheduled, assigned, and wrapped up on time.
We offer hourly pay from $8.00 to $12.00 USD per hour, weekly pay, a monthly bonus up to 12%, PTO of 10 days, 7 US holidays, a paid birthday option, and a book club with up to $500/year. Referral bonuses add extra earnings. Office timing aligns with US Central Time, no night shift.
