We're looking for a Chief AI Factory Engineer who will oversee, limit, and check teams of AI agents to deliver shipped, accurate, and maintainable code quickly while maintaining quality standards. In this position, you'll approach software as the end product and view agents as instruments at your disposal, maintaining architectural judgment, taking ownership of design trade-offs, and bearing responsibility for correctness in all outputs. Responsibilities Break down work into specs and tasks executable by agents, including planner, implementer, reviewer, and tester sub-agents Oversee agent output through reading diffs, questioning decisions, and intervening when an agent deviates from intent Embed verification into every loop, using tests, linters, type checks, and review agents before trusting any output Establish acceptance criteria to validate agent-generated work before integration Take ownership of architectural decisions, design tradeoffs, and correctness while delegating code generation to agents Complete tasks manually when necessary to determine when an agent's output is incorrect Continuously refine the personal, lightweight factory setup based on daily usage Gauge success through shipped repositories, defects identified, throughput, and overall code quality Provide reports on specs, tests, review outcomes, and production metrics to showcase factory performance Requirements7+ years of professional software engineering experience,
