As Endeavor continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our client services and brokerage operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Client Services & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our brokerage, including personal and commercial accounts.

This position involves client servicing, policy administration, carrier communications,



renewals, account retention, and general operational support.

The adecuado candidate is dependable, demonstrates strong attention to detail, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, or the surrounding metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services & Account Management

* Support personal and commercial client accounts across multiple insurance carriers.
* Monitor carrier portals, emails, policy notices, and account activity.
* Review cancellation reports, returned payments, pending cancellations, and nonrenewals.
* Proactively contact clients regarding outstanding payments, upcoming renewals, and policy requirements.
* Assist with policy changes, endorsements, reinstatements, certificates of insurance, and other servicing reques
