Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in sales, partner management, business development, or commercial strategy within Telecom, Consumer Electronics, Hardware OEMs, or Mobile Tech industries.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to interact with local executives and collaborate with integral stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience navigating B2B enterprise handset distribution alongside traditional retail channels.

• Expertise in demand forecasting, channel inventory management, and Profit and Loss (P&L;)/margin modeling.

• Proven track record of launching hardware products, managing carrier onboarding, or structuring handset subsidy and financing programs (e.g., installment credit, trade-in).

• Familiarity and established relationships within the Mexican mobile ecosystem (carriers such as Telcel, AT&T;, and major national retailers/distributors).
