We are looking for a proactive, independent individual with conversational English skills to provide technical support to clients in the United States and Latin America from our corporate office in Monterrey.

What do you need?

Conversational and functional technical English (an assessment with a US client will be conducted).

Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.

Experience in equipment configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
