Your Role - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including process maps, wireframes, and data models.
- Create and maintain detailed User Stories, ensuring all business context, requirements, and supporting analysis are available to development teams.
- Define test scenarios and support Product Owners in creating effective acceptance criteria to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, and Data teams,



to maintain end-to-end process and system alignment.
- Manage and prioritize backlog items, provide production support for business applications, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Your Profile - 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or a similar role within Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional product teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools, as well as Visio and BPMN process modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of data modeling, business processes, and software development lifecycles.
