In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s ability to maintain compliance with global trade regulations, ensuring smooth and lawful movement of goods internationally, and supporting the company’s reputation as a trusted global partner.

Support the development and implementation of trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to import and export regulations

Manage and oversee import and export documentation, including classification, licensing, and customs documentation

Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions

Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters, including training and awareness programs

Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and communicate the impact to the organization

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve trade compliance issues and mitigate risks

Professional Development

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company

Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions

Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and compliance audits

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical solutions

Familiarity with trade compliance software and tools

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

6+ years of experience in trade compliance roles

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely compliance

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
