Own the communications with multiple stakeholders including solution providers for design, technical information and specifications.Lead and solve complex technical problems and lead the equipment validation activities such as Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)



and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Develop maintenance plans and oversee and/or execute activities to achieve target performance.
Be accountable for the performance, maintenance, and OEE improvements for multiple machines within a value stream.Support customer product road map using Celestica Automation E2E process and tools such as User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Design for Automation Assembly (DFAA) and PM workbook.Drive problem solving and corrective actions related to causes of machine failures, speed loss or quality issues.Work with Process Engineering to ensure equipment is statistically capable of meeting the product manufacturing requirements.Refer to technical skills belowPhysical DemandsDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.R
