- Shape continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the payroll experience across the region.
- Build strong partnerships with finance and human resources teams to create seamless connections between payroll and broader people processes.




- Influence payroll governance by maintaining robust records, strengthening Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, and ensuring audit readiness.
- Use payroll insights and reporting to identify trends, improve consistency, and drive operational excellence.
- Create positive colleague experiences by resolving payroll inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a strong client-focused mindset.
What you bring - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- 8+ years of payroll experience across Mexico and Latin America, including ownership of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, social security regulations, tax legislation, and payroll compliance requirements.
- Experience working with payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
