Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable HR solutions.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage system configurations, support upgrades, drive change initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across the HR technology landscape.
Key Requirements SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expert.
Employee Central Certification or 8+ years of hands-on configuration experience.
Strong understanding of Core HR processes, Talent, Time, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation.
Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions for global organizations.
Strong background in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and enhancements.
Agile and DevOps experience; leadership experience is a plus.
SAP HR/HCM experience and banking industry exposure are desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with integral and multicultural teams.
