and delivery issues.Conduct team sourcing kick-off meetings with suppliers after award decisions.Coordinate cross-functional meetings with program teams and suppliers.Oversee engineering changes, tool transfers, and benchmarking activities for assigned programs.Develop, maintain, and publish documentation as required by purchasing procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.PROFILE REQUIREMENTSPersonal BackgroundBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.Experience in a manufacturing industry environment or CPM certification preferred.2-5 years of purchasing or program purchasing experience preferred.English proficiency at professional level mandatory.Skills and AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
