Social Media Manager
Farahi Law Firm is an award-winning personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for the injured and delivering exceptional legal representation. We are a fast-growing, client-centric team that values aggressive advocacy, innovation, and community impact.
We are hiring for a Social Media Manager who owns the strategy, content execution, community engagement, and performance optimization of our firm's social media presence across (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
This role goes beyond posting and scheduling. It combines creative content development, audience growth, paid campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand positioning, educate audiences, and support marketing and intake objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy and Brand Management
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Manage multiple platforms and brands, maintaining consistent brand voice, positioning, and visual identity.
Monitor platform trends, competitor activity,



and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
2. Content Planning and Execution
Own content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign coordination.
Create or coordinate short-form videos, graphics, carousels, captions, educational posts, and other platform-specific content.
Translate legal and personal injury topics into clear, engaging educational content while following approved messaging and compliance guidelines.
Review content performance and refine topics, formats, creative direction, and messaging.
3. Audience Growth and Community Management
Grow relevant audiences and improve engagement across social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, Reddit discussions, and relevant online forums within approved guidelines.
Identify recurring questions, audience concerns, and potential client inquiries; route inquiries and elevate sensitive issues
