Role Description The Admissions, Marketing and Communications Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico. This role leads the development and execution of integrated admissions, marketing,



and communications strategies to drive student enrollment and build the school’s brand in the local and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the admissions pipeline, managing prospective family engagement from initial inquiry through enrollment, and coordinating school tours, events, and open days. The director plans and implements marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, supervises content creation for the website and social media, and ensures consistent, high-quality communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing market trends and performance data, collaborating closely with school leadership and regional teams, and maintaining compliant and accurate records to support strategic decision-making.
