About the Role
The Business Planning & Analysis lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial planning process across Sell-Out, Sell-Through, and Sell-In channels.



This role serves as the central point of visibility for business performance, ensuring alignment between market demand, retailer execution, inventory strategy, and sales objectives.
The role is accountable for demand planning, business reviews, inventory health, commercial forecasting, and executive reporting for the Sales Director and Commercial Team.

What You Will Do
• Own and consolidate performance tracking across Sell-In, Sell-Through, and Sell-Out metrics.
• Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance against targets.
• Identify risks and opportunities by channel, customer, category, and product.
• Lead business reviews with commercial teams, providing recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
• Build executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for management visibility.
