Take your EMT experience beyond the familiar with an international healthcare assignment on Diego Garcia, a remote island in the Indian Ocean. You'll provide emergency response, Basic Life Support, and patient transport assistance while supporting essential healthcare services.

As an EMT-B, you will respond to emergencies, stabilize patients within your authorized scope, and support safe ambulance movement and handoff to the next level of care. You will also assist with routine and urgent clinic services, maintain emergency equipment readiness, and participate in planned response exercises. Respond to emergencies, assess patients,

Check equipment, medical supplies, and ambulance readiness; follow infection prevention, exposure control, and waste management procedures.
Current certification, licensure, or professional registration authorizing practice at the Emergency Medical Technician-Basic level, issued by a recognized emergency medical services regulatory or credentialing authority in the candidate's country or jurisdiction of qualification, subject to approval.
