Key Responsibilities – Finance Manager
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Financial Performance Management: Monitor key financial indicators, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs to drive business performance.
Cost Control & Optimization: Identify cost‐saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure effective expense management.
Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team while promoting accountability and high performance.




Strategic Decision‐Making: Provide financial recommendations to plant and regional leadership to support long‐term growth and profitability.
