Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor to support Sálvarcar Site manufacturing site in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Our Employee Health and Well-Being organization is dedicated to the total health of our employees. Following our EHW General Strategy and supported by our policies, programs, and resources, the Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor, a licensed doctor, will bring to life our effective approaches and strategies to serve our employees. As a Sálvarcar Shift Doctor,



you are caring for the health of manufacturing employees on shift 1.
Will work with shift nurses to tend to all facets of patient care to include but not limited to medical surveillances, new hire exams, general patient care, etc. Reports directly to the shift lead.
Work jointly with shift nurses to monitor distribution and inventory of medications, medical supplies, and other equipment. Report any discrepancies to shift lead.
Responsible for upkeep of medical records, as well as timely documentation in EMR.
Responsible for reporting any issues during shift lead to include but limited to emergency situations, employee incidents, etc.
Ensure employee protection through appropriate occupational health programs implementation, patient care services and health promotion activation in accordance with J&J; and Local Regulations and in close partnership with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Human Resources (HR), Facilities, and [shift, site
