We are seeking an FP&A; Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, cost management, and operational finance activities for the business. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Plant Leadership by providing financial insights, driving productivity initiatives, managing capital investments, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.



This position plays a critical role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making while delivering strong financial performance and compliance.
Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the business.
Monitoring daily operating expenses and ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets.
Analyzing budget-to-actual variances and providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
Developing and presenting financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance analyses for leadership teams.
Preparing journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and account reconciliations.
Analyzing financial results and explaining variances versus forecast, budget, and prior year performance.
Managing capital expenditure budgets and monitoring spending controls for capital projects.
