Manage complete product development programs from RFQ through SOP and establish project timelines, milestones, resourceplans, and risk management strategies.
Lead cross-functional engineering reviews, governance meetings and drive issue resolution and escalation management.
Ensure compliance with customer CAD standards and internal engineering processes required by EDAG and our clients.
Product engineering, CAE, manufacturing engineering, quality and suppliers.
DFMEA, DFM/DFA, GD&T;, packaging requirements,



quality standards and release readiness.
Lead multi-site engineering teams and support workforce planning and capacity management.
Mentor CAD leaders / design engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
15+ year of experience inside the automotive industry in development area & 5 years leading development programs/teams.
~ Experience managing global teams and customer-facing projects and proven record of launching automotive products intoproduction.
~ English B2(Advanced)
~ German A2 (desirable)
