It is necessary to have English communication skills both in spoken and written form.Responsibilities:Create and curate engaging contentPlanning, scheduling and publish a variety of content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, across multiple social media platformsEnsure that content is relevant to the target audience and aligns with the brand's overall marketing goalsUse social media analytics to track the performance of content and make adjustments as neededResearch, ideation, and planning of content that aligns with the agency's and client's objectives.Producing Strategic content to be posted online.Schedule last minute imagesSet up and manage social media accounts on various platformsCreate and maintain social media profiles that are consistent with the brand's imageCreate a monthly calendar with information,



promotions or data relevant to the company's audience.Creation of monthly reports explaining what needs to be improved or implemented to grow the social networks.Search for inspiration and content to createIncreasing organic reach and appealing to target audiences.Measuring key performance indicators.Create & Analyze Monthly ReportsCollaborate with the marketing teamWork with other marketing/design team members to develop and execute social media campaignsShare insights from social media analytics with the marketing teamHelp to create and implement social media policies and proceduresStay up-to-date on social media trendsResearch and learn about new social media trends and platformsExperiment with new social media features and toolsAdapt social media strategies based on changes in the industryRequirements and skills:Proven experience as a social media manager or related roleProficient in Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTokKnowledge of online content strategy and creationEnglish is necessaryCreativityHighly organized with excellent attention to detailPositive Attitude and must be self-motivatedBe able to produce original ideasProficiency in Marketing disciplines.Working from home requires self-discipline, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
