Responsible for leading Inventory Control and Finished Product operations to ensure inventory accuracy, product availability, on-time customer fulfillment, and efficient production scheduling. This role manages demand signals, inventory optimization, allocation strategies, and cross-functional coordination between Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.




Lead Inventory Control and Finished Product teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
Manage demand signals and forecasts within Oracle ERP to support customer requirements and production planning.
Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and supply constraints, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and improve service levels.
Develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize working capital while maintaining product availability.
Evaluate and communicate capacity, inventory, and demand constraints to stakeholders.
Ensure production schedules are optimized to maximize plant efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory performance through KPIs such as inventory accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, fill rate, and obsolete inventory.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues.
