SCOPE OF WORK: Business Development Representative
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR)
Aerial Canvas is seeking a Business Development Representative in LATAM with experience in real estate, luxury services, commercial property marketing, architecture, construction, hospitality, or related industries. This is not a traditional call-center sales role. Our clients include real estate professionals, developers, builders, architects, property managers, hospitality groups, and other businesses seeking premium visual marketing solutions.
Identify and develop relationships with qualified prospects that align with Aerial Canvas's target markets.
Conduct strategic outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry-specific channels.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, developers, construction firms, architects, hospitality groups, and commercial clients.
Accurately track activities, opportunities, and sales pipeline updates within the CRM.
Represent the Aerial Canvas brand professionally and maintain a high level of client service.




Meet monthly revenue, pipeline, and business development goals.
3+ years of experience in business development, account management, consultative sales, or client relationship management.
~ Experience working with real estate, luxury services, commercial property marketing, architecture, construction, hospitality, or related industries strongly preferred.
~ Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
~ Experience managing opportunities through a CRM system.
~ Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
~ Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Existing network within real estate, development, construction, hospitality, or commercial property sectors.
Experience selling creative services, photography, videography, drone services, digital marketing, branding, or media production.
HubSpot experience.
