Fortrea seeks an HR Service Delivery Specialist to handle employee and manager HR inquiries, process Workday transactions, and support payroll, benefits, and leave-related requests. The role offers remote flexibility within a collaborative HR team in Mexico City.
Responsibilities
Serve as central contact for employee and manager HR inquiries via case management system
Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday including hires, job changes, and terminations
Support new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes with accurate documentation
Resolve payroll, benefits, leave of absence, and general HR policy questions
Run Workday reports, identify data discrepancies, and support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery experience
Experience with benefits, leave of absence, onboarding, offboarding, and employment verification
Proficiency with Workday HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication
Knowledge of Form I-9 and employment eligibility verification processes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with escalation judgment
