Responsibilities include representing AbbVie's medical affairs expertise, managing scientific interactions, and supporting educational initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for external experts and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
Develop and execute scientific interaction plans and contribute to cross-functional account planning
Facilitate research and educational initiatives at key academic centers
Document healthcare professional interactions and insights in relevant tracking systems




Communicate scientific information about marketed products and compounds in development in non-promotional manner
Requirements
Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) in relevant scientific discipline, or undergraduate degree with demonstrated experience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment and medical affairs functions
Expertise in clinical research methods and applicable regulatory controls
Strong written and spoken English communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated experience in oncology
Ability to build collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders
Commitment to scientific integrity and regulatory compliance
