Danfoss Reynosa plant is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead gear engineering activities in the Gears Engineering team within BU OGS. You will own PMI and NPD projects, guiding technical decisions and maintaining documentation to improve product performance and delivery.
Based in Reynosa with general collaboration, you will drive problem solving, support operations and sourcing, and mentor engineering colleagues while upholding quality standards and continuous improvement.
